Security is ensured with CCTV surveillance in the common areas and access control at level 7, limited to authorized personnel.

Tenants can enjoy shared amenities, such as access to the barista lounge at the main Zendō office in Iconebene1, a shared meeting room (subject to availability), and a kitchenette with coffee, tea, milk, sugar, and a hot and cold water dispenser. Sanitary facilities include shared restrooms with available hygiene products.

Visitor parking is available (limited to 2 hours), and each office is equipped with a phone connected to the PABX system. Community events are organized to encourage networking and collaboration.
