How it all started …

In 2004, Philippe and Frederique de Beer became cognizant that the real estate market in Mauritius had a gap in servicing and providing personalized high level customer service. With this opportunity, they founded Park Lane Properties, operating from a single branch in Tamarin and member of the Estate Agents Association of Mauritius (EAA).

Pushing forward they never imagined or expected that Park Lane Properties as a service brand would grow so rapidly and become one of the leading real estate agencies in Mauritius, positioning itself as a real “boutique” type of real estate agency.

The focus of Park Lane Properties is to always put their clients “first” and thus offering a more personal approach to property services. This principle became their tagline and the heart of the culture of Park Lane Properties.

In 2006, a second branch was opened in the North and a third in 2009 in the heart of Mauritius.

In 2008, Philippe and Frederique de Beer were joined by their brother-in-law, Brian Blatch, already a shareholder since the inception of Park Lane Properties.

Park Lane Properties therefore operates from 3 strategically situated branches covering the whole of Mauritius, with a very dedicated team of real estate experts and agents:

• The West Coast, from the Tamarin office, covering the area from South of Port Louis to the South of Mauritius including Pointe aux Sables, Albion, Flic-en-Flac, Tamarin, Black River, Le Morne, Chamarel, Baie du Cap amongst other towns.
• The North Coast, from the Grand Bay office, covering the area from Port Louis to the East of Mauritius, including but not limited to Baie-du-Tombeau, Terre Rouge, Pamplemousse, Mapou, Triolet, Balaclava, Pointe aux Piments, Mont Choisy, Pointe aux Canonniers, Grand Bay, Pereybere, Cap Malheureux, Grand Gaube, Goodlands, Roche Noire.
• Lastly the Centre of the island, from the office in Trianon, covering the area ranging from Blue Bay / Pointe d’Esny / Mahebourg, up to the southern entrance of Port Louis, including Rose Belle, Curepipe, Floreal, Vacoas, Quatre Bornes, Rose Hill, Beau Bassin, Coromandel, Ebene, Trianon, Moka, Pailles amongst other smaller towns.
