Dear Friends, Clients & Partners,

With the current global crisis, we know that many of you are experiencing incredible personal and professional challenges and some confusion. Our hearts go out to all of those of you, and your families, directly and indirectly affected.

This pandemic is leading countries from all over the world to undergo extreme measures. In this crisis, we all have one priority: to contain the propagation of the virus and keep our families safe and healthy, while staying close to and looking after our more vulnerable citizens wherever possible.

As our first cases of coronavirus were reported this week in Mauritius, a 14 days lockdown protocol with home confinement has been put in place by the Government from this morning Friday 20th March at 6 am (GMT+4) limiting movements to essential ones.

We have already organised ourselves with a work-from-home plan and are operational to assist you. As a committed and dedicated team, with our usual more personal approach to property, we are at our work stations, replying to phone calls and emails, and doing our work and follow up, honouring the trust you have placed in our services. We will continue to go the extra mile for you (...still respecting the confinement rules in place).

Rental or buying offers will be dealt with electronically, allowing you to make progress with your real estate plans while staying safe at home and looking after your loved ones.

We remain focused in getting through this crisis keeping in mind that your real estate projects and decisions are important ones, and we maintain our goal to accompany you through the process, with as little disturbance as possible.

Covid-19 is deeply impacting our communities and businesses, but we have no choice but to support and assist one another in creative ways, allowing this crucial containment period to pass.

We are partners, and we will get through this together.
Stay safe and stay at home,

Sincerely,
Philippe de Beer, Ceo & Founder
