Les nouveaux avantages lors de l’achat d’appartements en résidence R+2 (Rez-de-Chaussée + 2 étages)

Depuis décembre 2016, les non-citoyens peuvent également acheter des appartements, à condition que l’appartement / penthouse se trouve au sein d'une résidence d'appartements avec au minimum un rez-de-chaussée et deux étages.

La propriété doit être situé sur un terrain en pleine propriété, et vendue à un prix minimum de Rs 6 millions, permettant donc à l’acheteur d’obtenir un visa multi-entrées de 6 mois par an, annexé à la propriété.
Sous les nouvelles dispositions, si le prix de l’appartement est supérieur à 375,000 USD, l’acheteur recevra la résidence permanente avec son appartement.
Il est bon de savoir qu’un non-citoyen peut acheter un ou plusieurs appartements dans la résidence, à condition qu’il s’agisse bien d’un bâtiment en rez-de-chaussée + 2 (deux étages au-dessus du rez-de-chaussée), ce qui devra être confirmé par un notaire.
Les résidences d’appartements en rez-de-chaussée + 2 étages se retrouvent dans les villages très recherchés de Tamarin et Rivière Noire, sur la côte ouest de Maurice, ainsi qu’autour de Grand Baie dans le Nord, où les étrangers choisissent généralement d’investir ou de s’installer. Cependant, ces propriétés existent également dans d’autres parties de l’île comme dans la région centrale de l'Ile, à Quatre Bornes, Ebene ou Moka. Vendu sur plan (VEFA) ou à l’achèvement, nous vous recommandons de passer par une agence immobilière réputée pour une sélection appropriée des résidences disponibles sur le marché et afin d’être bien conseillé.
